Educational purpose
safarizandumi.forum provides general information about wildlife tracking, behaviour, habitat and field practice. It does not provide a professional identification, veterinary diagnosis, rescue response, legal opinion or expedition safety assessment. No article or illustrative model guarantees a correct species identification or a safe encounter.
Conditions, species behaviour and local rules vary. Follow applicable law, landowner permissions, closures and official species-specific guidance. If site guidance conflicts with a current local restriction or an authorised safety instruction, follow that restriction or instruction.
Your field responsibilities
Do not use the site to justify approaching, baiting, flushing, handling or otherwise disturbing wildlife. Do not trespass, interfere with nests or dens, collect protected material or disclose sensitive locations. Keep other people’s personal information out of observations shared without their permission.
You are responsible for assessing whether a route, observation method or equipment choice is appropriate to your skills and conditions. This site is not an emergency channel. Contact the appropriate local authority or qualified responder for urgent matters.
The local fieldnote tool
The tool prepares plain text in your browser. It does not create a public post, send an email or submit a conservation record. Review the output for accuracy, personal information and location clues before copying, downloading or sharing it. You are responsible for the copies you create and the recipients you choose.
Downloads and clipboard access depend on browser permissions and device behaviour. The tool may be unavailable or interrupted, and it is not a secure archive. Keep your own appropriate records where necessary.
Contributions and corrections
Only send material you have the right to share. Be accurate about whether an image is a field photograph, captive scene, illustration or altered composite. Do not submit unlawful, threatening, discriminatory or misleading material, private information about others, or precise locations that could endanger wildlife.
You retain your rights in original material you send. Sending a message permits the reasonable handling needed to read it and respond; it does not grant an unrestricted publication licence. Publication, identifiable quotation or use of an original image should be agreed separately. Submission does not guarantee a response, publication, payment or acceptance of an identification.
Corrections should identify the relevant page and explain the concern with a useful source where available. The site may revise or remove material when appropriate and may decline requests that cannot be verified or would create risk.
Site content and references
Unless otherwise indicated, site text and design are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may read, link to and use the guidance for personal learning. Brief attributed quotations may be used where permitted by law. Seek permission for substantial republication or reuse of original assets.
Third-party names and links identify resources, not commercial partners. safarizandumi.forum is not affiliated with or endorsed by the National Park Service, Cornell Lab of Ornithology, eBird, iNaturalist, IUCN or other referenced organisations. Accuracy and limits of liability
Reasonable care is the aim, but information can be incomplete, outdated or unsuitable for a particular place. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a specific purpose. Nothing here excludes liability or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
These terms do not remove mandatory consumer protections or other rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
